Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service.  All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) unless otherwise specified.  All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.  Pending sales (not yet shipped) cancelled by purchaser via PayPal may be subject to a refund fee deducted from their total refund.  It is your responsibility to assure all shipping information is correct and up to date. Ms Tiara Dean is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country.  Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
